Itinerary:
Pick up at the bus terminal and transfer to the hotel in Huaraz is included.
The staff of "Enrique Expedition Tours" and the Trekking Guide will inform you about the last details of our trekking in the Cordillera Blanca 2024.

1st day.- Huaraz (3090m) – Olleros – Canrey Chico – Rio Negro – Tasacracancha (4200m).
Pick up at the hotel and transfer by private transport from Huaraz (3100m) towards Olleros, where we will be expected by the donkey driver and his donkeys and llamas to transport our trekking gear. From there we start the trek up along the “Rio Negro” (black river) and through the Uquian valley. On the way we will observe various mountains until we arrive at our camp Tsacracancha at the altitude of (4200m).

2nd day.- Tsacracancha – Yanashallash (4700m) – Camp of Shongopampa.
After camp Tsacracancha we will head up the trail to the clear pass of horseshoes,after bordering some small lakes we will arrive at pass Yanashayash (4700m). We will camp the second day over the valley Shoncopampa at an altitude of (3800m).

3rd day.- Shongopampa – Chichucancha – Chavín de Huántar – Huaraz.
We will hike from the valley Shoncopampa, passing through some villages until we will reach a clear and short climb up. From there we will observe the archaeological complex of “Chavin de Huantar”. We have just to follow the path to reach the settlements of the same name. This last day is more downhill and a short one. We will meet settlers who will welcome us. We will arrive in Chavin before noon, so we will have enough time to visit the citadel for about three hours. Around 2 pm we will take the bus towards the city of Huaraz and arrive at 5 pm at the hostel in Huaraz.

Transportation from the hotel to the bus terminal "Cruz del Sur" and departure from Huaraz.
The departure time will be determined by your schedule, in the morning or night.
Morning departure: 11:00 am.
Night departure: 10:30 pm.

* The meals include omelets, soups, fresh fruits, avocado, pasta, meat, rice (all rich in carbohydrates and suitable for the physical effort of trekking), hot drinks (including coca leaf tea, which is excellent for the altitude). Tea provided every day (tea, coffee, biscuits and popcorn).

- Entrance to the Huascaran National Park

- Personal clothing and trekking equipment (gorotex trousers, jacket, gloves, hats)
- Sleeping Bag. (Preferably -14ºC).
